What is your delivery time period?
GenZephyr offers Pan India delivery within 3-7 business days. Our Delivery partners are Bluedart, Delhivery, Fedex, DTDC, DOTZOT, USPS, UPS, India-Post to name a few.

How can I exchange my product?
We have a 15 days free and easy no questions asked exchanges for the same or different products right from your doorstep or store credit for an equal amount. No refunds in bank due to the high cost of shipping and exchanges we do not want to pass on to our customers. Extremely sorry for that though !
All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
